Our vendor appointments are a highlight of our events! Appointment times will open on Monday, January 22, 2024. Simply click on the vendor logos below to schedule your appointments.

San Diego International Airport (SAN) is the closest airport to our event

We recommend taking an Uber or Lyft to get to and from the airport.

To book a hotel room, please call Paradise Point Resort at 855-463-3361. Our room block is limited and they will be able to help you with the availability of remaining rooms.

Registration will be open on Monday, February 12th from 8:00 am until 1:00 pm. Registration will be located in the lobby outside of the Paradise Ballroom.

We suggest you bring business casual clothes that you feel comfortable in for the General Sessions. There are plenty of recreational activities on the hotel property as well, so don't forget to pack clothes to play in!

To be prepared for learning, we recommend you bring:

  • Your MTJGD lanyard (if you've been to an event in the past)
  • a sweater for the general session room
  • pens, pencils, highlighters
  • post-it notes, etc.
  • snacks
  • your computer
  • charging cords

We will be providing the following meals at SOU:

Monday:

*Breakfast for Rising Leader University attendees, Appetizers at the Mix & Mingle

Tuesday:

Thursday:

*Light breakfast and lunch for Masters Day attendees

The doors to our general session room will open 30 minutes prior to the first session each day. All of your materials must be removed from the room each evening.

Hosting a hybrid event has proven to be logistically challenging and does not allow us to produce the quality of experience that we are known for. Because of that, we will not be offering a virtual option for this event. If you aren’t able to attend SOU™ in person, don’t worry! We will be offering an on-demand recording of the event. The recording will be available approximately 2 weeks after the event.  

MTJGD™ Pins were first introduced at SOU™ Miami. They represent achievements in the community, such as 5-year member, Presenter, Charter Member, 1-year member pin, YPAD Certified pin, Certified Coach™ pin, and more! If you have any to pick up they will be located at the Help Desk.

More Than Just Great Dancing!® is a family-friendly environment giving working families opportunities to grow their businesses. Babies are permitted to attend events, however, caretakers are asked to step out if the baby needs soothing. Attendance for older children is recommended for ages 16+ only.
