About the Presenters
Vanessa Terrell is the Owner & Director of The Pointe School of Dance in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. In addition to her work at the studio, she is dedicated to improving the dance industry by serving as a Certified Coach for Youth Protection Association for Dance™ and More Than Just Great Dancing!®. Vanessa lives with her husband, Dan, their 8-month-old son, Ray, dog Moby, and cat Sadie. Outside of work, Vanessa’s favorite thing is to travel with her family.
Tiffany Prout-Leitao has been the Owner and Artistic Director of Center Stage Dance Academy in Plymouth & Sagamore Beach, Massachusetts for 20 years. She is Youth Protection Association for Dance™ certified and is a YPAD Certified Coach. Tiffany has contributed to articles in Dance Informa Magazine, Dance Teacher Magazine and has written a blog for Curtain Call entitled “Beauty is not a measurement: your guide to costume measuring”. A dance educator for over 20 years, her students have performed nationally and internationally, are regional and national champions, been accepted into the leading fine arts high schools and colleges, perform professionally, and are dance educators themselves. Tiffany’s mission is to create a positive, inclusive, safe, and healthy environment for all dancers of any age, background or ability.
Adrianne Jorgensen is an MTJGD Certified Coach™ and the Director of Operations at Ambition Performing Arts in Airdrie, Alberta. With a passion for education and leadership, Adrianne is a lifelong learner who enjoys helping teachers develop strategies to accelerate their students’ growth. She is also dedicated to fostering meaningful partnerships between teams and parents, believing that it really does take a village to raise healthy dancers! In her free time, Adrianne loves to cook, travel, and spend time with her husband, two daughters, and doxies.
