Member Rally is exclusively available to More Than Just Great Dancing!® members! It is designed specifically for studio owners, but many of our members also bring their “right-hand” staff or spouses with them, to learn and workshop together throughout the conference.

Rising Rally is geared toward your studio managers and “right-hand” staff leadership team. This is a great opportunity to let your leaders grow and to strengthen your team. *Please note: Studio owners typically do not attend Rising Rally.

Midway International Airport (11 miles) or Chicago O'Hare International Airport (17 miles)

Self-parking at the Greenway Garage.

Valet Parking: $83.00 daily.

Both airports are not far from the Westin Hotel. However, depending on traffic, the day you arrive, it can take a little bit of time to get downtown. There are plenty of Uber/Lyft/Taxi options.

The registration desk will be located just outside of the Grand Ballroom and will be open on Sunday, July 13, 2025, from 5:00-7:00pm. We will also have registration open on Monday, July 14, at 8:00am.

*Please note: Your badge will be required to enter the conference.

Additionally, we will provide coffee, tea, and water throughout the day. We encourage you to bring snacks and choice of beverage with you if you would like something specific. 

There are many great restaurants within a few blocks of the hotel to choose from. 

Onsite options include:

  • 320 RiverBar is open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Please visit their website here, for more information. 
  • Rise Café is open daily from 6:00am-12:00pm for grab-and-go breakfast with both indoor and outdoor seating.
  • 320 Bar is open Monday through Saturday from 3:00-11:00pm for cocktails and offers both indoor and outdoor seating.

On Monday night, we welcome you to gather in the General Session room to begin implementing what you've learned. This time will be unstructured so that you can meet new people, work together, and use the time in the way that is best for you and your business. Light apps will be served as well.

The banquet is our way of celebrating YOU, our members, and all that you have accomplished over the past season! Each year, we give out several awards. You are welcome to dress in whatever makes you most comfortable. Most people change from their business casual attire into something more "dressy." Think, wedding guest attire.

*Please note: Dinner and one complimentary drink ticket will be provided at the banquet for all conference attendees. Additional beverages can be purchased at the bar. We'll wrap up the night with dancing, and the banquet will end around 10:00 pm.

A midwestern summer is unpredictable, but in July, Chicago typically experiences warm weather with average temperatures around 75°F, peaking at about 92°F. Humidity is high at 80%. 

*Conference centers tend to be cold, so plan to dress in layers.

MTJGD™ Pins were first introduced at SOU™ Miami in 2018. They represent achievements in the MTJGD™ community, such as 1-year member, 5-year member, Charter Member, Presenter, Certified Coach™, and more! If you have any to pick up they will be located at the Registration Desk when you check-in.

More Than Just Great Dancing!® is a family-friendly environment giving working families opportunities to grow their businesses. Babies are permitted to attend events; however, caretakers are asked to step out if the baby needs soothing. Attendance for older children is recommended for ages 16+ only.

Hosting a hybrid event has proven to be logistically challenging and does not allow us to produce the quality of experience that we are known for. Because of that, we will not be offering a virtual option for this event.
