Who can attend?
Member Rally is exclusively available to More Than Just Great Dancing!® members! It is designed specifically for studio owners, but many of our members will also bring their “right-hand” staff or spouses with them to learn and workshop together!
Will there be a virtual option?
Hosting a hybrid event has proven to be logistically challenging and does not allow us to produce the quality of experience that we are known for. Because of that, we will not be offering a virtual option for this event. If you aren’t able to attend Member Rally in person, don’t worry! We will be offering a replay of the event on or before August 11, 2023!
What airport should I use?
Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) is the closest airport to our event
What's the best way to get to Planet Hollywood from the Airport?
We recommend using either a taxi or an Uber/Lyft to get to the hotel. Once you get your luggage, there is a taxi stand just outside of baggage claim and someone can call a taxi for you. The rates are fixed in Las Vegas, so all taxi drivers will charge the same amount. Planet Hollywood also has a taxi stand and will call a taxi for you when you're ready to go back to the airport.
How do I book a hotel room?

When/where do I pick up my name badge before the General Sessions start?
The registration desk will be located on the Mezzanine level of Planet Hollywood and will be open on Monday, July 24th from 4:00-6:00 pm and on Tuesday, July 25th from 7:30 am-9:30 am. Please note that a name badge will be required to enter the conference area.
Can I save my seat?
Sorry to say, there will be no opportunity to save seats at Member Rally 2023. Because of limited space, our vendors space & our complimentary breakfasts will happen in our general session room. The doors to our space will open to our members at 7:30 am. We invite you to come and visit with our vendors, enjoy a complimentary breakfast and get your workspace set up for the day. Please note the venue needs to be cleared of all materials each evening.
What meals will be provided at Member Rally?
As a guest of Dance Teacher Web, we are able to provide similar amenities to what they provide. We will have breakfast available from 7:30-9:15 on Tuesday, July 25th and Wednesday, July 26th. Additionally, we will provide coffee, tea and water throughout the day on both Tuesday and Wednesday. We encourage you to bring snacks and pop with you if you would like. Lunch will be on your own each day - there are many nearby options available.
We will also be providing dinner at our Celebration Banquet on Wednesday evening.
Where should I eat around Planet Hollywood?
There are many great restaurants inside of Planet Hollywood to choose from! Additionally, the hotel is connected to a mall which has plenty of choices as well.

What do I need to know about the Celebration Banquet?
The banquet is our way of celebrating our members and all that they have accomplished over the past season! Each year, we give out several awards including our Member of the Year!
You are welcome to dress in what makes you most comfortable. Most people change from their business casual attire into something more "dressy." We recommend wearing an outfit that you would wear to a wedding if you were a guest.
Dinner and one complimentary drink ticket will be provided at the banquet. Additional beverages can be purchased at the bar.
The banquet will end promptly at 9:00 so that the Dance Teacher Web setup can begin.
What is the weather like in Las Vegas?
It is going to be very hot while we are there! Las Vegas is in a desert area, so plan to be in very high, dry heat. Please drink plenty of water while you're in town and plan to dress in layers for the conference sessions. Since it's so hot outside, they will likely have their air conditioning running really cold.

What are the MTJGD™ pins?
MTJGD™ Pins were first introduced at SOU™ Miami. They represent achievements in the community, such as 5-year member, Presenter, Charter Member, 1-year member pin, YPAD Certified pin, Certified Coach™ pin, and more! If you have any to pick up they will be located at the Help Desk.
Are my children allowed in session?
More Than Just Great Dancing!® is a family-friendly environment giving working families opportunities to grow their businesses. Babies are permitted to attend events, however, caretakers are asked to step out if the baby needs soothing. Attendance for older children is recommended for ages 16+ only.
