Cancellations and Refunds
Refund on E-Courses
We want you to be satisfied, so all eligible courses purchased on Studio Training Solutions™ can be refunded within 14 days. For whatever reason, if you are unhappy with a course, you can request a refund, provided the request meets the guidelines.
- Most refunds are returned via the original payment method. Please note that certain restrictions may apply and some purchases may not be eligible for a return or may only be eligible for credit refunds.

Refund on Live Courses
In the event of cancellation within 60 days prior to a live event, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee. Cancellation must be received in writing 60 days before the event to avoid penalty. No-shows are considered a cancellation zero days before the event and are subject to a cancellation fee. “Early Departures” are not eligible for a refund. In the unlikely event that the More Than Just Great Dancing!® Event is canceled due to a state of emergency, a force of nature, an act of god, an act of war, or any other reason out of our control, a full refund of registration fees will be provided. - Cancellation 60 days prior to the event – No Charge
- Cancellation 30-59 days prior to the event – Cancellation fee of 50% of the purchase price
- Cancellation 0-29 days prior to the event – Cancellation fee of 75% of the purchase price
Refund on Subscription
After starting your subscription, you are welcome to cancel and avoid future subscription fees at any time. But we sadly cannot refund payments that have already been processed for our subscription-based and service-based products.
Paid members who haven’t used their benefits are eligible for a full refund of the current membership period. We’ll process the refund in three to five business days. Refund requests can should be submitted via email at info@studiotrainingsolutions.com
Refunds: Duplicate payment
Refund of the duplicate payment made by the customer will be processed via same source (original method of payment) within 3-5 working days after intitation by the customer.
Reasons for Denied Refunds
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse, including but not limited to the following:
- 50% of the course has been consumed or downloaded by an individual before the refund was requested.
- Multiple refunds have been requested by an individual for the same course.
- Excessive refunds have been requested by an individual.
- Users who have their account reported, banned or course access disabled due to a violation of our Term and Conditions.
Products Exempt from Refunds
- Solution Series (9 different products in this category)
- Marketing Content (5 bundled products and 67 individual product)
- Any third party item that is not an original product of Studio Training Solutions
