Orlando International Airport (MCO)

You can take either the resort bus or a boat ride over to Magic Kingdom. From there, it’s a quick walk over to the Contemporary Resort. You can also take an Uber from one resort to the other…but then you miss the boat ride! 😉

Most people will be wearing business casual attire to Studio Owner University®. The Mix and Mingle as well as the Epcot Experience are both casual. Evenings in Orlando can be chilly (around 55-60 degrees), so plan to bring a jacket or warmer clothes for the evenings.

We recommend that you bring  your laptop, cell phone, chargers, pens, highlighters, and your MTJGD lanyard with pins 🙂

We will be providing lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for you as well as coffee and water throughout the conference.

This is your chance to meet new vendors and learn about new products and services! Take the time to also meet new studio owners and reconnect with old friends. Appetizers will be provided and one drink ticket will be provided to each attendee.

Join Alana and your friends as we head over to Epcot for a private viewing of Harmonious, the fireworks show! We will have the Mexico Vista reserved for our guests and dessert and drinks will be served. The Mexico Vista has been called “the BEST location to view the fireworks!” Each guest will receive one drink ticket with a cash bar available. This event has limited openings, so don’t delay in registering!

Yes! We’ve confirmed the pan with our Disney representative! We will meet in the conference center lobby at the Contemporary on Tuesday, February 7th at 6:45 pm. We will give everyone a bracelet to wear that will allow them to be on the private patio that we have reserved. At 7:00 we will begin boarding the shuttle to get over to Epcot! We will not be able to wait for anyone running late, so make sure to be on time. Once at Epcot, our guide will take us as a group through security and walk us together over to the Mexico Vista. Once there, we will have dessert and a bar available! Each attendee will receive one drink ticket and a cash bar will be available as well. The fireworks begin at 9:00 pm. Once they are finished, attendees can catch either a bus or the monorail back to their resort. Plan to dress casually for this fun night out! We’ve also confirmed that our guests are only able to go out into the parks if they have both a park ticket and a reservation in addition to our private event ticket. Guests without a bracelet will not be allowed onto the Mexico Vista to join our private event.

Hosting a hybrid event has proven to be logistically challenging and does not allow us to produce the quality of experience that we are known for. Because of that, we will not be offering a virtual option for this event. If you aren’t able to attend SOU™ in person, don’t worry! We will be offering a replay of the event on or before February 24, 2023!

More Than Just Great Dancing® is a family-friendly environment giving working families opportunities to grow their businesses. Babies are permitted to attend events, however, caretakers are asked to step out if the baby needs soothing. Attendance for older children is recommended for ages 16+ only.

By registering for Studio Owner University® you are agreeing to the following:

In the event of cancellation within 60 days prior to the event, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee. Cancellation must be received in writing 60 days before the event to avoid penalty. No-shows are considered a cancellation zero days before the event and are subject to a cancellation fee. “Early Departures” are not eligible for a refund. In the unlikely event that Studio Owner University® is canceled due to a state of emergency, a force of nature, an act of god, an act of war, or any other reason out of our control, a full refund of registration fees will be provided. 

Cancellation 60 days prior to the event – No Charge

Cancellation 30-59 days prior to the event – $350 Cancellation Fee

Cancellation 0-29 days prior to the event – $500 Cancellation Fee
