10. How would you describe communication at your studio?

A. It’s difficult to get clients and staff to read their messages and respond.
B. It’s okay but could be improved; we have a solid email system and project management but sometimes people slack off.
C. It’s very strong. We communicate clearly to clients and staff with very few, if any, misunderstandings.
